Casey's of Baltimore restaurant (The Baltimore Room) has built a reputation over the years for superb food, especially seafood from the Baltimore fleet and farm-fresh produce from the West Cork Area, - succulent Steaks, Lamb, a variety of vegetarian options. Our food is our raison d'être.

We use the freshest of our own organic produce where possible to produce our restaurant & bar food menus, and if not available we carefully source our ingredients from the West Cork area using the West Cork Fuscia brand.

Our organic Garden produces fresh root veggies (Carrots, Potatoes Cucumber, Beetroot, Onions, Marrows, Pumpkins), herbs, Tomatoes & fruits, without the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals to protect our green footprint. Spring water is supplied from a deep spring well on the hotel grounds. Our kitchen prepares home made brown bread, scones and cookies on a daily basis.

Our Mussel farm in Roaring Water Bay, West Cork provide succulent Mussels, and many contacts with the west cork fishing fleet provide us with plenty of fresh Atlantic fish (Black Sole, John Dory, Lemon Sole, & Cod) & shellfish – (Lobster, Crab, Scallops, & Prawns) - from the West Cork coast of Ireland , to serve in our seafood restaurant.
